CrossFit

The most fun and complete workout you’ve ever had in an hour. Experienced coaches guide you through a full-body workout including warm-up, strength/skill work, a Metcon (Metabolic Conditioning Circuit) and cool-down.

SweatFit

This is not like your other boot camps. We take the “fun stuff” from our CrossFit programs and smack that with our traditional boot camp style workouts. Coaches will guide you through a full-body workout including warm-up, workout and cool-down.

Durst Youth & Teens

All fitness levels. Endurance, stamina, agility, strength, speed. Improving youths overall athletic ability.

Babies & Barbells

Babies and Barbells is the premier postpartum fitness class in Brantford and the Brant County. If you have recently had a baby and want to safely strengthen your body, this is it!
